and aged on the lees for 6 months.
Pale golden yellow with greenish hues.
Aromas of floral notes, hawthorn, golden apple, pear, peach, honey, and vanilla.
Elegant, dry, and rich, with a long finish.
Perfect pairings: Oysters, sushi, sashimi, white meat, and
red meat—especially duck.
